Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay.
Payment for boarding less than 30 nights is due at the time of pickup.
Payment for long term boarding (30+ nights) is due at the time of drop off. Greater than 30 nights must pay in 30 night increments.
Pets will not be released until payment is received.
How We Bill Our Multi-Dog Discount
Our multi-dog discount applies only to dogs within the same family**, by suite.
Multi-dog families requiring family members to be separated into different suites will be discounted per individual suite. We assume all dogs within the same family can be boarded together* unless otherwise noted by the customer.
*We cannot board dogs together with an extreme difference in size (an example would be a Great Dane and a Chihuahua). This is for the safety of the smaller dog and the physical limitations of our facility.
**A "family" is determined by the name shown on veterinarian records, which must be provided prior to boarding. Each family must have a separate account with us.
Dog Boarding packages

Standard Boarding
- Includes one night of boarding.
- Owner must provide food.
- Charged by the night.
- CASH or CHECK discount: $2 off listed rate
Select Boarding
- Includes one night of boarding and two meals per day, up to two cups.
- We feed Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach (various flavors as available).
- Charged by the day each day meals are provided. Each additional night will be billed at a different package price as applicable.
- Package price will increase if larger amounts of food are necessary.
- CASH or CHECK discount: $2 off listed rate
Plus Boarding
- Includes one night of boarding and one nail trim.
- Owner must provide food.
- Charged by the day for each day a nail trim is provided. Each additional night will be billed at a different package price as applicable.
- CASH or CHECK discount: $2 off listed rate
Premium Boarding
- Includes one night of boarding and one exit bath.
- Owner must provide food.
- Charged by the day for each day a bath is provided. Each additional night will be billed at a different package price as applicable.
- Price varies based on the size of the dog.
- *Baths are provided as close to the pick up day as possible.
*This package is only available on non-holiday weekdays and is provided between 10 AM and 3 PM. Packages provided the same day as pickup must be picked up during our afternoon window.
Multi-Dog Discount
Multiple dogs per suite earn an additional discount.
- 2 dogs per suite will receive a $2 discount per dog per night.
- 3 dogs or more per suite will receive a $4 discount per dog per night.
We cannot board dogs together with an extreme difference in size for the safety of the smaller dog. Discounts apply per suite only.
Puppy - Under 5 months old
Between 4 and 12 weeks of age, puppies experience an "immunity gap" where the maternal antibodies they received from their mother's milk begin to fade, but their own immune system hasn't yet fully responded to vaccinations. During this window, they are at their most vulnerable to infectious diseases.
Puppies require a series of boosters (usually every 3–4 weeks until age 16 weeks) because maternal antibodies can actually interfere with the vaccine's effectiveness.
Boarding can be a high-stress environment due to new smells, loud noises, and unfamiliar dogs. Stress triggers the release of hormones that can temporarily suppress the immune system, making a young dog even more susceptible to viruses.
We recommend puppies are at least 7 months or old. If you must board a puppy less than 5 months old, we recommend reaching out to your veterinarian for advice.
Puppy - 5 months to 1 year (7 mo. min. suggested)
The same package rates apply, but we will upgrade as necessary for any pets requiring a bath due to accidents from age and training level.
If the puppy is boarded with another dog of the same family who is trained, but requires a bath due to the puppy, that pet will be upgraded in addition to the puppy as required.
*All dogs have 24 hour access to outside relief areas. Areas for smaller dogs have additional safeguards from direct outdoor space.
Long Term Dog Boarding
Adult: 1+ Year Old
Cash or check discount: $20 per night
You must book at least 30 consecutive nights in advance of the stay to receive this discount.
Cannot be combined with any other discount.
Payments can be made monthly (in advance of the month) for multi-month boarding. If you are not able to provide payment in cash or check for additional months, the discount will be removed from the additional months. Checks can be mailed, but must arrive by the start of the next 30 night increment.
Puppy: 7 Months to 1 Year Old
You must book at least 30 consecutive nights in advance of the stay to receive this discount.
Minimum age is 7 months as of check-in date. No exceptions.
No multi-dog discount.
Payments can be made monthly (in advance of the month) for multi-month boarding. If you are not able to provide payment in cash or check for additional months, the discount will be removed from the additional months. Checks can be mailed, but must arrive by the start of the next 30 night increment.
