NEW CUSTOMERS OR DOGS NEW TO US: Dogs that have not boarded with us before must be vaccinated at least 14 days prior to drop off. Most vaccines take about 2 weeks to become fully effective against illnesses your pets could be exposed to in boarding facilities. Vaccines do not guarantee dogs will not get sick, but having them can reduce the risk and severity of the illness, if so.

BEFORE YOU BOOK ONLINE:

• Please be sure you have read and understand the vaccine requirements for all boarding pets. See "Vaccine Requirements" above.
• These vaccines are not optional and non-negotiable. 
• We cannot accept any pets that are not vaccinated. This puts all of our guests at risk.
• Please be sure to include your first and last name within our online booking system.

Once the booking has been successfully submitted, you will receive an automatic email stating we received your request.

• THIS DOES NOT CONFIRM AVAILABLILTY OR ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR RESERVATION.
• Please allow 24 hours for a response to confirm your reservation (response time is typically much quicker).
• Weekend inquiries may be delayed up to 72 hours.
• Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive an email from office@tennmontfarms.com which will contain a new customer agreement that must be completed and submitted online at least 7 days prior to the date of drop off.
• If the request is made less than 7 days prior to drop off,  the new customer agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of acceptance and before drop off.

Please do not book online (give us a call) if any of the following apply to your pets:

• If your pets do not get along with each other and need to be boarded separately during their stay. We can monitor at feeding times, if needed.
• If your pet(s) are known to dig under or climb over fencing. All suites have wire mesh fencing at least 6 feet in height.
