Our multi-dog discount applies only to dogs within the same family, by suite.

Multi-dog families requiring family members to be separated into different suites will be discounted per suite. We assume all dogs within the same family can be boarded together unless otherwise noted by the customer.

A "family" is determined by the name shown on veterinarian records, which must be provided prior to boarding.  Each family must have a separate account with us.

Payment is due at the time of pickup. Payment for long term boarding (30+ nights) is due at the time of drop off. Pets will not be released until payment is received.

For the safety and health of growing puppies, we are unable to board puppies less than 5 months old for any reason. 7 months or older is recommended. If you must board a puppy that young, we recommend reaching out to your veterinarian.

We charge the same nightly rate based on family size, but charge a $25 fee for a bath (basic rinse off) if the puppy creates an excessive mess (due to lack of house training). If they puppy does not create an excessive mess, we do not provide or charge for the bath.

If the puppy is boarded with another dog of the same family who is trained, but requires a bath due to the puppy, a $25 fee will be charged per dog for each bath.

*All dogs have 24 hour access to outside relief areas.

Rate is per night per dog. No multi-dog discount.

Example 1: Two dogs boarding together from the same family will be charged $22 each per night.

Example 2: Two dogs boarding from different families, but in the same suite will each be charged $24 EACH per night.

At request, we can provide meals for your furry family. We feed Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach if food is not provided with our guests.

Only available to customers actively boarding 3 nights or longer.

No outside appointments.

Baths are not available within 7 days of a recognized holiday due to limited staff.

Price varies by dog size. Scared, aggressive or difficult dogs are charged an additional fee, if able to complete.

Medication is recommend to be administered 1-3 hours before trimming for dogs known to have an issue with this process. Medication(s) must be provided by the customer. There is no guarantee of completion if the dog shows signs of aggression or is unable to be restrained safely during trimming.

To receive this discount:

• Payment must be received at the time of drop off or prior.
• Payment must be in the form of CASH or CHECK.

Payments can be made monthly (in advance of the month) for multi-month boarding. If you are not able to provide payment in cash or check for additional months, a processing fee will be added based on the payment type used.

You must book at least 30 consecutive nights in advance of the stay to receive this discount.

Minimum age is 7 months as of check-in date. No exceptions.

No multi-dog discount.

Payment terms listed above for adult dogs apply to puppies as well.
